Biography :
Assistant Professor Dr. Waew Wijit serves as the Head of Gerontological Nursing at Boromrajonani College of Nursing Chiang Mai, Praboromrajchanok Institute, Thailand. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing and Health Care from University of Glasgow, Scotland. Her research expertise focuses on geriatric oncology, utilizing mixed-methods designs to examine the quality of life and lived experiences of Thai elderly prostate cancer patients and their caregivers. Dr. Wijit is dedicated to advancing holistic, culturally sensitive nursing interventions to improve health outcomes for the aging population.
