Biography :
Michele Anselmo is a master’s student in the Graduate Program in Speech-Language Sciences at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. She is a speech-language pathologist with hospital experience and a researcher focused on early detection of dementia and modifiable risk factors. Michele’s work includes assessing cognitive and balance profiles of older adults with cognitive impairment through audiometry, posturography, and clinical evaluations. Her academic interests lie in exploring the intersections between cognition, hearing, and balance, aiming to improve quality of life and promote healthy aging. Michele is also a passionate writer and avid reader of classic literature.
